How it works:

Peltier thermoelectric technology transfers heat between the two sides of a module when an electric current passes through it. The TL-037 features three cooling zones integrated into the back of the vest.

The system is powered by an external USB power bank. Three cooling levels are available.

Peltier modules are removable to make garment care easier. The vest must not be operated while wet.

Cooling modes (Peltier technology)

• High mode: approximately 19°C at +40°C ambient temperature (stated temperature difference: −21°C).
• Medium mode: approximately 22°C at +40°C ambient temperature (stated temperature difference: −18°C).
• Low mode: approximately 27°C at +40°C ambient temperature (stated temperature difference: −13°C).

Actual performance and runtime depend on the conditions of use and the power bank used.

Why choose the TL-037?

The TL-037 combines an integrated thermoelectric cooling system with a functional garment designed for hot environments. Its three cooling levels allow users to select the desired mode, while the external USB power supply provides a solution without a built-in battery in the vest.

The removable modules make garment care easier. The vest can also be customized to suit project requirements, including color, printing and design.

The level of comfort achieved depends on ambient conditions, system use and the capacity of the power bank.

1. Connect the external power bank to the USB cable located in the vest's inner pocket.
2. Press and hold the control button for 2–5 seconds until the system switches on.
3. Press the button to select the desired mode: high (red), medium (blue) or low (green).
4. To switch the system off, press and hold the button for 2–5 seconds.

PELTIER MODULES / POWER SUPPLY

• An external USB power bank is required; recommended capacity: at least 10,000 mAh, with a 5 V / 3 A output.
• Runtime varies depending on the capacity of the external power bank.
• Remove and unscrew the Peltier modules before washing.
• Do not activate the modules when the vest is wet.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum of 30°C, without fabric softener or bleach.

Remove the Peltier modules before washing.

• We recommend using an external battery of at least 10,000 mAh capacity. A removable and USB-rechargeable battery (power bank), once connected, may be easily stored in the pocket of the vest.

• Power supply required: 5V (3A output). Voltage: 5V.

• Before washing your vest, it is essential to uninstall all removable Peltier components.

• Wash by hand or in a washing machine up to 30°C, without any fabric softener.

• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.

• Do not turn on the cooling / heating module if your vest is wet.

Main fabric: 100% polyester.
