3. Wait until the inserts reach the required state for use. Follow the preparation time specified by the supplier.

4. Reinsert the cooling elements into their designated compartments.

5. Put on the vest and adjust the straps to achieve a comfortable fit.

6. After use, remove the inserts and repeat the cooling cycle before the next use.
